She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert McCulley and Flossie Enola McCulley (Mitchell); her husband Robert L. Anderson; and her siblings, Lowell McCulley, Maxine Hill Knight and Geneva Johnson.

She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Nickell (Rowena) of Smithton, Doug Nickell (Rae) of Springfield and Dan Nickell (Susan) of Sedalia; her brother Ronald McCulley (Lillian) of Belleville, Illinois; her grandchildren, Ashley Bunch (Chris), Tyler Nickell (Kate) and Megan Thomas (Michael); her great grandchildren, Dylan Thomas, Cole Wendt, Emily Thomas, Benjamin Nickell and Madeline Nickell; and her stepchildren, Danny Anderson (Elizabeth) of Lee's Summit and Melinda Beck (Bob) of Wentzville. She is also survived by four step-grandchildren; several step-great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
