She was predeceased by: her parents, George Franklin Oswald and Margaret Oswald (Bishop); her husband Charles Eugene Palmer; her son-in-law Gary Stone; and her siblings, Elmer Oswald, Allen Oswald, George "Mac" Oswald, Alma Peoples, Ruth Fowler, Helen Peoples and Betty Higgins.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Stone of Sedalia and Michael Palmer (Jane) of Columbia; her grandchildren, Julie Hill (Randy) of Camdenton, Angela Schmidtberger (Brandon) of Overland Park, KS and Brian Palmer (Michelle) of Papillion, NE; and her great grandchildren, Paige Schmidtberger, Brody Schmidtberger, Delaney Palmer and Beckam Palmer. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Croix Hospice or Tipton Masonic Cemetery.
