She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Crouch and Artie Misha Crouch (Morris); her husband Billy V. "Bill" Howard; her granddaughter Misha Howard; and her siblings, Charles Crouch and Betty Smallwood.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Howard (Murica) and Cathy Berube (Tim); her grandchildren, Lauren Berube and Jeremy Howard (Melissa); her stepgranddaughters, Leta Drew and Stephanie Fowler Hawley; her brothers, Jesse Crouch, William "Sonny" Crouch (Kathleen), Halfway, Paul Crouch (Martha) and Earl Crouch (Gidget); and her siblings-in-law, Bob Howard, Carroll Howard (Linda) and Joyce Ebeling. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family suggests contributions to Bothwell Foundation to benefit the CCU Department and may be left in care of the funeral home.
