He was predeceased by: his parents, Walker M. Woolery and Martha Amanda Woolery (Taylor). He is survived by: his wife Sharon J. Underhill; his children, Scott Woolery (LeAnn) of Sedalia, Jason Woolery (Kendra) of Sedalia and Megan Grimm of Sedalia; his grandchildren, Jaime Gail Ellebracht (Tyler), McKenna Woolery, Regan Woolery, Jayden Meyer, Ally Woolery, Kayley Woolery and Liam Grimm; his great grandchild Banks Ellebracht; his brother Wayne Woolery of Sedalia; and his nieces, Abby Bellich (Merv) and Mindy Lefevers (Tony).

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
