He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Grover Dale and Rosemary Dale (Farris); and his brother James Milton Dale. He is survived by: his son John Dale (Sarah) of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Eden and Paxton Dale; and his siblings, Charles Dale of Houston, Texas and Mary Margaret Dale of Sedalia.
