He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward Walje, Jr. and Mary Jeanne Walje (Smith); and his brothers, John E. "Jack" Walje, III and Thomas J. Walje. He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Walje Wiseman (Mike) of Jefferson City and Monica Walje Brant of Sedalia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
