Wilma leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Wilma’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Wilma will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilmer Foch and Ila Marie Duncan; and her sister Betty Marie Kelly. She is survived by: her husband Kyle Wallen; and her daughter Kristy Hutchings (Richard) of Independence. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rea Funeral Chapel (1001 S Limit Ave, Sedalia, MO 65301). A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Laurel Oak Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Sedalia Animal Shelter or the Living Waters Assembly of God, in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
