He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Cook and Myra Etta Cook. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Cook (Culbertson); his children, Joseph Cook (Johnna Bollinger) of Patton, MO, Lucas Cook (Heather) of Jackson, MO, Janice Cook-Mayfield (Randy) of Sedgewickville, MO, Cheryl Cook of Sedgewickville, MO and Michelle Diamond of Cape Girardeau, MO; and his brother Rufus Cook Jr. of Tacoma, WA. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
