He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Clark and Anetta Peak (Gilbert). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ruth Peak; and his sons, Richard Alan Peak (Joanna) of Springdale, Michael C. Peak (Lisa) of Mountain Home and Donald Jeffrey Peak (Linda) of Springdale, Arkansas. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
