She was predeceased by: her mother Elizabeth Walters (Martin); her son Tracy Carter; and her brothers, Billy Walters, Lonnie Walters, Sammie Walters, Ronnie Walters and Jerry Walters.
She is survived by: her father Wesley Walters; her sons, Richard Carter of Seligman and Tony Carter (Rhonda) of Rogers, Arkansas; her siblings, Johnny Walters (Rita) of Fountain Hill, Thomas Walters (Sharon) of Martinville, Arkansas, Treasa Pilgrim (Tommy) of Hamburg and Kathy Barfield (Jim) of Martinville, Arkansas; her granddaughter Sadie Cothron of El Dorado; and her great grandchildren, Evalynn, Bailee, Grayson and Bernadette.
