He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester L. Smith and Eldora Newman Smith; his wife Linda Jane; his siblings, Betty Quaethem, Hattie Sue Jones, Jerry Smith, Carl Edward Smith and Mitchel Smith; and his grandson Erik Stafford.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sherrye Pruett of Senath, Rhonda Vescio (Pete) of Indianapolis, IN and Teresa Eubanks (Ronnie) of Senath; his grandchildren, Rachel Tucker (Dennis) of Kennett, Emily Eubanks of Kennett, Sara Gipson (Jay) of Paragould, AR and Taylor Gene Stafford of Indianapolis, IN; his great grandchildren, Addison, Aubree and Brenden; and his siblings, Donnie Owen Smith of Rolla, MO and Judy Carol Osburn of Paragould, AR. He is also survived by many other family members & friends.
