She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Edward and Arlene Von Stiers; her husband Dennis Leroy Brake; her children, Cari Lynn Brake Ryan and Denny Douglas Brake; and her siblings, Bud Von Stiers, Betty Semen and Jewell Bretches.
She is survived by: her children, Gordon Brake (Lou Ann) and Angela Howe (Dan); and her grandchildren, Maria Ryan McNeal, Amanda Howe, Alissa Gurley (Billy), Dennis Brandall Brake (Stacia) and Tory Brake (Mindi). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; 1great-great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Racine Apostolic Church (12939 State Rte K, Racine, MO 64850). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Burkhart Cemetery (7122 Juniper Dr, Neosho, MO 64850).
