He is survived by : his niece Lori Miller; his nephew Michael Miller; his children, Khrissy Snodgrass (Michael) of Graham, WA, Jessica Kinslow (Aaron) of Neosho, MO, Samantha Thompson (Chase) of Seneca, MO and Cody Elbert of Seneca, MO; his siblings, Barbara Testerman of Jefferson City, MO, Galen Elbert of Grove, OK, Don Elbert of Wyandotte, OK, Kathy Powell of Springfield, MO, Mary Jane McBride of Bixby, OK, Paul Elbert (Michelle) of Broken Arrow, OK and Janice Elbert of Denver, CO.; and his grandchildren, Savannah, Shawn, Isaac, Lacie, Caden, Emily, Logan, Zoe and Isaiah. He is also survived by nieces, nephews extended family and friends.
