He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles David and Camie Lou Smith (Curtis); and his siblings, Mary White, Louis Lamb and Larry Lamb.
He is survived by: his daughter Cammie Smith of Seneca, MO; and his sister Patricia Smith.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Council House at the Seneca High School (1110 Neosho St, Seneca, MO 64865).
