He was predeceased by: his parents, Milt Palmer and Reba Faye Palmer (Robinson) of Miami, Oklahoma.. He is survived by: his sons, Jason Palmer (Carrie) of Afton, Lewis Palmer (Melissa) of Wyandotte and Larry Palmer (Tammie) of Miami; his grandchildren, Kenneth Palmer, Sydney Moore, Brian Palmer (Reba), Jarett Palmer, Lauren Dixon (Cole), Kevin Palmer, Cade Moore, Clint Palmer and Jaci Palmer; his great grandchildren, Lucas Palmer and Maverick Maguire; and his brother Chester Palmer (Kay). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family.
The family requests donations be made to East Side Baptist Church Building Fund in lieu of flowers.
