She is survived by: her significant other Rick Mack; her daughter Samantha Mack of Hartman, AR; her pet Murphy; and her brothers, Ronald S. Johnson of Dyer, IN and William D. Johnson of Valparaiso, IN. She is also survived by nieces, nephews extended family.
