He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Chester and Sarah Chester (Sadie Rinehart); his wife Patsy Louise Surridge; and his siblings, Vernon Rinehart, Max Chester, Kenneth Chester, Virginia Rice and Elizabeth East.
He is survived by : his brothers, Jerry Chester of Seneca, Darrell Chester of Seneca and Don Chester (Barbara) of Seneca. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews extended family and friends.
