He is survived by: his father Edward Orr Baldwin; his son Merle James Baldwin; and his siblings, Edna Remington of Nevada, Betty Baldwin of Kansas City, Jeanie Stewart of Diamond, Lavetta Malotte of Neosho, Bessie Baldwin of Neosho and Montie Baldwin.
