She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Keith Webb and Pauline Lois Webb (Holland); her significant other Ralph Carter; and her son-in-law Rick Monteleone. She is survived by: her children, Sandi Terrill, Teri Bennett, Shelly, Steve Bright and Tammy Monteleone; and her grandchildren, Brandi Cantrell (Junior), Brooke Sell (JR), Brittany Akers (Daniel), Bailey Owens (Eric), Ashley Sparks (Nicki), Garrett Bright, Lacy Monteleone, Tristan Shaner (Matt) and Lane Monteleone (Sierra). She is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
