He is survived by : his father James Cravens (Susie) of Rogersville, Missouri; his siblings, Gary Cunningham (Ashley) of Germany, Cathy Laird (Terry) of Nixa, Missouri, Kay Higginbotham (Ed) of Nixa, Missouri and Cindy Estes (Joe) of Nixa, Missouri; and his stepfather Cecil Blankenship of Nixa, Missouri. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
