He is survived by: his wife Margaret Sue Russell of Seymour; his sons, James Mincks of Seymour, Lee Russell (Trish) of Seymour and Lucas Russell of Seymour; and his siblings, Dean Russell of Hohenwald and Ina Bell Friend (Ed) of Noble. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
