With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Darla Gale Whittemore of Seymour, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 21, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Darla Gale may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Whittemore and Gertrude Whittemore (Eggleston). She is survived by: her aunts, Betty and Joyce Eggleston of Queensberry, NY; her uncle Seth Wolcott of Castleton, Vermont; and her cousin Gary McGuffin of Ormond, Florida..
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
