He was predeceased by : his wife Clara Marie Marshall; his parents, Floyd Ramer and Catherine Ramer; and his brothers, Norman and Virgil Ramer.
He is survived by : his children, David Leroy Ramer (Twila) of Seymour, Allen Eugene Ramer (Jodi) of Montana and Margaret Byers (Brian); and his brother Wayne (Dora). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, I great-grandchild.
