He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Mike (Lisa), Teresa (Kenny), Brad (Kim), Chris (Bryan) and Jason; his close friend Dana; and his grandchildren, John (Paige), Jill (Joe), Jessica (Travis), Whitney (Ryan), Lacy (Jeffery), Brandi (Doug), Chelsea, Rodney (Allison), Aidan (Claire), Tripp (Mya), Ciera (Ken), Dakotah (Mickykaela), Dylan (Brittany) and Spencer (Molly). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
