He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Paudert Sr. and Winnie Mae Paudert; and his son Sgt Brandon Paudert of D's Interstate Interdiction Unit. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his son Brian (Kathy); his siblings, Rick Paudert and Phyllis Paudert; his nieces, DeAnne Dixon (Jason) and Ashlea Montgomery (Eric); his grandchildren, Katie, Lane, Wil, Aaron, Ginny and Daniel; and his great grandchildren, Veda, Jeremiah and Violet.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund.
