He is survived by: his close friend Patricia Burks; and his children, Robert Ratcliffe, Jr., Rebecca Ratcliffe, Anda Kay Wynn, Latricia Wilkerson (Scott), Penney Ratcliffe, Tony Rimer (Judy), Gordon Rimer (Angie) and Kevin Rimer. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family members, and many friends.
