He is survived by: his siblings, Bill Hartzell of Shelbina, MO, Gary Hartzell (Kathy Woods) of Troy, MO, Mary Radford (Bill Johnson) of Desloge, MO and Nancy Hartzell (Jim Evans) of Potosi, MO. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
