He was predeceased by : his parents, Horace "Tate" Simmons and Geraldine Simmons (Million); and his sister Judy Gunn. He is survived by : his wife Karen Davis; his son Joshua Simmons (Melody Simmons) of Shelbina, MO; his granddaughters, Sarah, Morgan and Hannah Simmons; and his siblings, Larry Simmons (Chris) of Quincy, IL and Connie Rubison (John) of Shelbina, MO. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Memorials may be made to Neighbors Helping Neighbors, Gideons, and First Baptist Church in Shelbina.
