He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lindsey and Hazel Lindsey (Hanshaw); his son Christopher Lindsey; his son-in-law Phil Hamilton; his great grandchild Jordan Hamilton; and his siblings, David Lindsey, Loretta Antrim (Lindsey), Betty Crose (Lindsey), Rita Cullin (Lindsey) and Patty Lindsey.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Wilson (Lichtenberg); his children, Michael Lichtenberg (Susan) and Leigh-Ann Hamilton; his grandchildren, Viktoria Moss (David), Brooke Lichtenberg, Jeremy Lichtenberg, Derek Lichtenberg (Kalye), Kelly Lichtenberg, Phillip Hamilton (Barbara), Christian Hamilton (Michael) and Paige Hamilton (Lindsay); and his sister Joan Lewis (Lindsey). He is also survived by many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
