He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Raymond, Martha Wilcox, Paul and Peggy Racey; his uncle John Courtney; and his cousins, Foster Courtney, Jim Racey and Jeff Racey.
He is survived by: his parents, John Wilcox and Judy Wilcox; his spouse Ali Barker; his daughters, Brylee and Ila; and his brothers, John (JoAnn) and Jake (Rena). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, and cousins.
In honor of Brylee and Ila, the family suggests memorials be made to the Joe Wilcox Memorial Fund held at Community State Bank.
