He was predeceased by: his parents, John Martin and Florence "Irene" Jeffries (Richards); his daughter Amanda Eldridge; his father-in-law Raymond Buckner; and his nephew Justin Byram.
He is survived by: his wife Karen L. Nordyke; his siblings, Billy Jeffries (Nancy) and Cindy Vandenburg (Mike); and his mother-in-law Mary Buckner (Sheldon). He is also survived by six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
