He was predeceased by: his mother Dena Campbell (Hurst); his daughter Olivia Campbell; and his grandmothers, Carol Campbell and Ada Orahood. He is survived by: his wife Tiffany Nicole Smith; his children, Alex Gant of Aurora, Zadie Gant of Aurora, Danielle Campbell of Lamar, Trista Campbell of Reed Springs, Zoie Campbell of Reed Springs, Chantel Campbell of Reed Springs, Jasmine Ontiveros of Reed Springs and Hope Ontiveros of Reed Springs; his father Robert L. Campbell of Sheldon; and his sister Amber Phillips (Damon) of Mt. Vernon.
