He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Garcia and Juanita Garcia (Fernandez); and his wife Kathy Garcia. He is survived by: his children, Julius Garcia III of Greenville, Tennessee and Kathy Bernsen of Shell Knob, Missouri; and his brother Jim Garcia of St. Louis. He is also survived by five grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Shriners Children's Hospital in St. Louis and entrusted to White Funeral Home and Crematory.
