He is survived by : his father Hackley; his sisters, Brandi Casey of Oak Grove, MO, Hannah Long of Grandview, MO and Alexis Long of Lee's Summit, MO; his grandparents, Audrey Czar of Shell Knob, MO and Ron Hackley of Oak Grove, MO; his stepfather Joseph Long of Grandview, MO; his nephews, Benjamin Richard, Oaklee Jerome and Milam Jerome; his niece Hayden "Mongo" Lull; and his sister Tasha Sheatzley.
