It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dennis Lee Howard of Shell Knob, Missouri, born in Stigler, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 28, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Howard and Nellie Howard (Stout); his wife Betty L. Carroll; his brothers, Keith and Dwayne; his stepbrother Wally; his sisters, Connye and Juanita; and his stepsisters, Jean and Vonetta.

He is survived by : his daughters, Vinell Howard of Shell Knob and Regina Dodd (Michael) of Shell Knob, Missouri; his stepsister Sophina Dunn (Dean) of Forsythe, Missouri; and his grandson Shayne Howard (Amanda) of Wichita. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
