He is survived by: his children, Russell Arl Cooper of Shell Knob and Julia Donetta Cooper Riggs (John) of Blue Springs, Missouri; and his sister Arlene Garland (Sanford) of Shell Knob. He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
