He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Swearingen and Margaret Swearingen; and his brother Wayne Swearingen. He is survived by: his sister Penny Campbell (Tim); his nephews, John Campbell (Heather) and Todd Campbell (Leah); his great-nephews, Colton Campbell (Hailey) and Cameron Campbell; his great-niece Savannah Campbell; his sister-in-law Darlene Swearingen; and his friends, Larry "Fred" Stucker and Junior Young.
