He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Speakman and Della Speakman (Waddell); and his brother Edward Speakman. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Sue Speakman of Kingsport, Tennessee; and his friends, Jeri and Dewayne Heaton. He is also survived by two great-nieces; three great-nephews; one great-great-niece; and his longtime caregivers.
