He was predeceased by : his grandfather Russ Skinner. He is survived by : his parents, Russell Dale Skinner (Elizabeth Anne) and Traci Ann Moore Skinner; his sister Emalee Fowler (Will); his stepsisters, Rilee Moore and Reagann Moore; and his grandparents, Judy Meeks Skinner, Rick and Nelsa Smith Perry.
