He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Barborek and Julia Prochazka; his wife Katheryn Delois Barborek; and his siblings, Henry Barborek, James Barborek, Bessie Moore, Rosie Jones and Emma Goolsby.
He is survived by: his sons, Alan Barborek (Sonja), William Todd Barborek (Susan), Brian Lee Barborek (Tammy) and Scott David Barborek; and his sister Mary Myers. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.
