He was predeceased by : his parents, Marvin Gilmore and Opal Barthol Gilmore; and his sisters, Sue King and Peggy Phillips. He is survived by : his children, Billy Joe Gilmore Jr. of Punkin Center, Missouri and Karin Moore of Malden, Missouri; and his brothers, Ricky Gilmore of Bernie, Bobby Gilmore of Oran, Wayne Gilmore of Little Rock and Roger Phillips of Tennessee. He is also survived by many grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
