He was predeceased by: his parents, Green Ruby and Dolly McCalister Ruby; his wife JoAnn Byington Ruby; and his sister Leary 'Mickey Briggs. He is survived by: his children, Terry Ruby (Deborah) of Cedar Creek, Billy Ruby (Kecia) of Bradenton, Danny Ruby of Paragould, Johnny Ruby (Amanda) of Venetta, Oregon, Lisa Angle (Michelle Dukes) and Sarah Ruby of Sikeston; his sister Brenda McCloud (Roger) of Russellville, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Rebekah Ruby, Rachel Ruby, Josh Ruby, Jacob Ruby, Ashley Angle, Blake Angle, Tatum Ruby, Amber Dukes, Kelli Dukes, Max Dukes, Dustin Ruby, Miranda Ruby, Audrey Ruby, Ray Ruby, Bryce Ruby and Levi Ruby; and his great grandchildren, Hayden Christine Ruby, Mason Ruby, Jackson Ruby, Rivers Ruby and Brennen Chamberlain.
