He is survived by: his children, Dallas Sherrod (Sarah) of Sikeston and Sarah Wheat (Duke) of Holts Summit; his stepdaughter Jackie Taylor of Oran; his siblings, Joe Sherrod (Phyllis), Ron Sherrod (Marcia), Judy Hopkins and Sue Jolliff (Rick); his sister-in-law Ellen Sherrod; his grandchildren, Madeline, Lainey Sherrod, Owen, Abbie Wheat, Ryder Estes, Gage Taylor and Jaden Liggett; and his close friends, Leona Gray, Jennifer Smith and Sondra Haynes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and family.
