He is survived by: his daughters, Angel Allen of Malden, Natasha Maze of Nixa and Natalie Maze of Dexter, Missouri; his brother Gary Maze of Illinois; and his grandchildren, Kaden Ritter, Jaron Ritter, Makena Ritter and Carter Allen.
