He is survived by: his wife Donna of Sikeston, Missouri; his brother Carl Merideth of Sikeston, Missouri; his sons, Shannon Merideth of Olathe, KS and Shawn Merideth (Julie) of Olathe, KS; his sisters, JoAnne Hardin of New Madrid, MO, Katy Howell (Steve) of Wappapello, MO and Karen Wade of Cape Girardeau, MO; and his granddaughters, Chloe Merideth, Lily Merideth and Emery Merideth.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to Concordia Lutheran Church or St. Jude's Children's Hospital, Memphis, TN.
