He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Carolyn Voelker; his children, Diana Testa (John) of Sikeston, Lori Templeton (Robert) of Sikeston and David Newton of Arlington, Virginia.; and his grandchildren, Jacob Templeton of Jackson, Audrey Cantrell (John) of Sikeston, Katherine Newton of Boston, Massachusetts and Halbrook Newton of Arlington, Virginia..
