She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter DuBois and Leta Geneva Guess-DuBois; her husband Dr. Forrest "Doc" Alfred Stepp; her sister Jeanette P. Joyce; and her nephew Robert F. Joyce II.

She is survived by : her son Forrest A. Stepp (Vickie) of Sikeston, MO; and her nieces, Karen Mattingly of Jackson, MO, Melissa Haring (Chip) of St. Peters, MO, Rita Johnson (Randy) of Wildwood, MO, Laura Hulcy (late David) of Cape Girardeau, MO and Kathy Joyce Rodgers of Jackson, MO.
