She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Cook and Hallen M. Choate Cook Shaw; her daughter Karen Burton; her grandsons, Tommy Joe Burns, William Eugene Burton and James Todd Markland; and her sisters, Jeanette Blain and Connie Groves.
She is survived by : her daughters, Rayma Holstien and Lisa Burton Stone; her caregivers, Kristal Burton and Malesha Burton; and her sister Cathy Yoakum of Columbia, MO. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.
