With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Harold Johnson (Sikeston, Missouri), born in Tiptonville, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 3, 2024 at the age of 92. As we bid adieu to Harold's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Harold has bequeathed us. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elleck Johnson and Myrtle Cottem Johnson; his wife Glenda Jean Blackwell Johnson; and his sisters, Virginia Crumm and Martha Middleton.

He is survived by: his children, Gordon Johnson (Linda) of Chicago, IL, Joan Sifuentez (Tony) of Chicago, IL and Julie Johnson of Chicago, IL; his siblings, Steve Johnson (Darlene) of St. Louis, MO and Bonnie Cooper (Phil) of Kentucky; and his sisters-in-law, Patricia Ann Wasson of East Prairie, MO and Debbie Sue Adkisson of East Prairie, MO. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
