“I just heard of Hugh’s passing which was a shock and a very sad surprise. Hugh and I served together at Little Rock AFB in the late 79’s and early 80’s. Hugh was an excellent Airman/NCO and a true Southern gentleman. Though we were not close personally he impressed me with his quiet efficiency and dedication. I know his family will miss him and my sincerest sympathy goes out to them for their loss.”
